  • Policy for contract processing: The minimum charge to process a financing contract is $60.00 and it can change depending on the company’s internal policy. The insured can finance their policies for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 10 months. A minimum prompt payment corresponding to 25% of the total insurance premium is required. In the event that a down payment amount of less than 25% is requested, it must be authorized by an Axeso representative. If the contract is approved with a down payment of less than 25%, you must include schedule A where it indicates that the insured is responsible for any deficiency, once the cancellation credit is received by the general agency. In the event that the financing contract has expired terms or balances owed in previous contracts, they must be paid in order to process the new contract.

    You can send the financing contracts signed by the insured to contratos@axesofinance.com and once received, we will proceed to send it to the general agency for signature.

    This module allows the insurance agent to include his digital signature (e-signature) and send the contract to the insured, so that he can include his digital signature as well. In addition, several general agencies and insurers can be included in the same financing contract.

  • Guidance on the most convenient financing for your policyholders: Our work team is always available to offer you the best payment alternative for your policyholders. This flexibility and personalized service will allow you to offer the most convenient insurance policy for your insured.

  • Payment of Contracts to Agencies: We make premium payments to general agencies on Wednesdays and Fridays through electronic payment transfer or before the date of their respective closings. This allows your insured’s policy to be duly valid and, in turn, you will be able to receive the payment of your commissions without any problem. The General Agency is sent an email detailing the contracts that are being paid for each electronic transfer.

  • Payment of incentives: Incentives are paid between the 5th and 10th of each month. These payments are made through electronic transfer or check, as established in our system.

  • Date of first payment: The date of the first payment is determined by one of our officers based on the date of inception and the percentage of prompt payment.

  • Collection system: To promote good communication between our office and our insurance agents, the collection department will be informing you of the accounts that are in arrears on a monthly basis. In this way, you will always be well informed about the status of your accounts.

  • Periodic visits by the Sales Executives: The Sales Executive assigned to the insurance agent would be visiting him frequently to maintain a solid business relationship between both parties. Our company is characterized by personalized service to our insurance agents, general agencies and policy holders.

  • Notifications & Reports Sent: As part of our services, insurance agents will be receiving the following documents via email:
    • Cancellation requests
    • Reinstatement requests
    • Pending Cancellation Report – the insurance agent is notified 5 days before the expiration date of the monthly term of the contract of its policyholders.
    • Aging of all active contracts of its policyholders
    • Policy Expiration Report – Two months before the expiration of the policy, the insurance agent will be notified of the accounts that are about to be renewed.

In this system, the insurance agent will be able to quote and in turn print the financing contract. The quote made is recorded in our system daily, speeding up the process of sending payment books and the disbursement of the financed premium to the general agency. This method allows contracts not to be lost, significantly speeding up and speeding up the process of contracts.

This module allows the insurance agent to include his digital signature (e-signature) and send the contract to the insured, so that he can include his digital signature as well. In addition, several general agencies and insurers can be included in the same financing contract.

Two months before the expiration date of the policy, in the customer service module, the insurance agent may renew the financing contract by pressing the RENEW button. This process creates an exact copy of the previous contract and the insurance agent would have to validate and edit the fields that have changed before processing it.

This module presents all the information contained in the financing contract and, in turn, includes the balance owed by the insured. The insurance agent may make payments on behalf of the insured and download documents sent to the insured at any time such as: financing contract, payment books, cancellation and reinstatement request, among others.

  • Payment webiste – When accessing www.axesofinance.com, in the My Account/Insured module you must press the My Account button – Prefix 1139. You must enter your contract number and assigned password in the welcome letter you received when your contract was processed. You can change this password at any time.
  • Mobile Application – You can make your payments with a bank account and with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. To download the mobile application you can enter through our website www.axesofinance.com at the bottom right of the home page. There you will also find the installation instructions.   • Sending documents: Upon processing the financing contract duly signed by you, you will be sent a Payment Book with a copy of your contract. It indicates the expiration date of each installment. You will have 15 days to make each payment to avoid late fees. The charge for late payment is 5% of the amount of the term and it is calculated upon receipt of payment after 15 days. After 7 days of payment expiration, a payment reminder is sent via email in order to avoid sending the cancellation request. If payment is not received, within the stipulated 15 days, a Cancellation Request will be sent to you. This request is effective 15 days from the mailing date of this notice. Likewise, a copy is sent to the insurance agent and the general agency. Finally, upon receipt of your payment, a Reinstatement Request will be sent immediately, where the previously sent Cancellation Request will be null and void.   • Customer Service This module can be accessed from the website www.axesofinance.com by entering the “tab” My Account/Insured and pressing the My Account button – Prefix 1170. This section presents all the information contained in the financing contract and in turn includes the balance owed by the insured. The insured may make payments and download documents that have been sent to them, such as: welcome letter, financing agreement, payment books, cancellation and reinstatement request, among others. Each insured will receive their username and password in the welcome letter, which is sent to them once their financing contract has been processed. If you need to change your password, you can request it by calling 787-522-0141. This module can also be obtained in our mobile application. To download the mobile application you can access the instructions at the bottom of our home screen.
